- 原料葡萄產自Savigny-Les-Beaune上方Hautes Côtes de Beaune山坡海拔390公尺高的葡萄園，土壤是黏土混合了石灰土層淺而且貧瘠，所以排水良好而且土壤暖得快。人工採收葡萄，經過嚴格篩選之後才破皮去梗，然後進行大約2個星期左右的浸皮發酵，發酵完成後在橡木桶和大型酒槽中熟成10到12個月，裝瓶前不做澄清處理，只有做輕微的過濾。
