Te Wahi 是 Cloudy Bay 來自 Central Otago 限量發行的 Pinot Noir 。 “ Te Wahi ”是新西蘭原住民毛利語中 “This place 這個地方” 的意思。Cloudy Bay 相信，最佳的 Pinot Noir 是源於最徍的風土土釀及氣候，而 Central Otago 就是 “這個地方” 位於全世界種植葡萄最南的產區，白天30˚C、晚上0˚C，日夜溫差極大，讓葡萄提高酸度與保有其穩定度。因正位於臭氧層破洞的下方，炙熱的陽光再加上夜間的低溫，讓葡萄產生相當優美的酸味，極適合 Pinot Noir 的種植。
Tasting Note
This shows plenty of fruit richness with darker cherries, toasted spices and earthy aromas, as well as some fresh violet-like florals, too. The palate is succulent, smoothly layered and has attractive tannins that build in layers to a smooth, pastry-like finish. Ready now.
