Chateau Le Puy 是右岸一個隱世的酒莊，採用Organic Method, Bio Dynamic等自然農法耕種，沿用傳統的釀酒方法，加上最傳統的用蠟封密瓶口方法，讓其天然地發酵，及使用超過五十年的陳年木桶。在廿一世紀講求效率，包裝，利字當頭的大洪流下，這種我行我素 , 堅守傳統的執着，絕對是不可多得及值得尊敬。 加上這套日劇播出後，令這支終極神水大賣，令其酒價升價不少，甚至有酒迷專程坐飛機到法國，指名要買這支酒，酒莊主人擔心價格被炒作哄抬，破壞愛酒人的樂趣，所以暫時決定不再出口。希望將剩下的酒賣給真正喜愛紅酒的同好，而非趕流行的人或投資客。

Vinification:
Aged in seasoned barrels and vats for 2 years.
Tasting Notes:
Intense nose with a domination of red fruits, accentuated with roasted almond and hints of violet and earthiness. Flesh, silky and crunchy mouthfeel. Elegant style, ample and complex finish.
